I will be speaking on the Prodigal son Luke 15:11-32

“After the younger son received his share from father, he took off and lived in the wild and after he spent everything. One day returned home and asked for forgiveness.”

The Father wants to have a feast and celebration for the younger son. But the older brother became angry and refused to participate in the event.

“My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; He was lost and was found.”

When you have a rebellious son, lost and far from God. And maybe they’ve hit rock-bottom, come to your senses, and decided to run to God’s open arms of compassion and mercy and rejoicing with the father when a lost son finds his way home.

The most important thing is we must continue to PRAY for our children no matter what’s circumstances.
